Using the service
You may use the service only for lawful, authorized gate and vehicle-pass operations. The subscribing organization is responsible for its users, gates, readers, cards, operating procedures, and the accuracy of information it configures.
Accounts and security
Users must use their own authorized account, protect their sign-in method, and promptly report suspected compromise. Administrators must assign the least privilege appropriate to each user and deactivate access that is no longer required. You must not bypass reader enrollment, fabricate scans, interfere with audit records, or attempt to access another organization.
Subscriptions and payment
Plan prices, limits, billing intervals, and trial periods are shown before checkout. Paid transactions are processed by Paystack. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, access may be limited or suspended when a trial expires, a subscription ends, payment fails, or usage exceeds the selected plan.
Operational responsibility
The service assists staff with card state, entry, exit, and audit verification; it does not replace physical security judgment, emergency procedures, legal compliance, or supervision. Organizations remain responsible for deciding whether a vehicle may enter or leave and for maintaining compatible hardware and network connectivity.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, introduce malicious code, probe or disrupt infrastructure, share access with unauthorized people, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to violate applicable law. We may restrict access needed to protect users, the platform, or third parties.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features, supported hardware, plans, and these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or organization contact where appropriate.
Intellectual property
Dynamax Vehicle Pass, its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Dynamax Vendmac and its licensors. The organization retains rights in the information it supplies, subject to the processing required to operate and secure the service.
Suspension and termination
An organization may stop using the service in accordance with its plan. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, records, responsibility, and disputes survive where their nature requires it.
